Weekley - by invitation.

Contraceptive Services
Available during normal surgery hours. IUCD (contraceptive coil) by arrangement.

Health Promotion/Lifestyle Advice
Providing advice for men and women on lifestyle issues including weight management, smoking cessation, healthy eating, contraception and sexual health.
By appointment with Nurses.

Minor Surgery Services
Held by Drs. Pearce and Paterson - by appointment.

Childhood Immunisations
By appointment with Nurses and Health Visitor

Travel Advice and Vaccinations
By appointment with practice nurses. There is a charge for some travel vaccinations.

Smears
By appointment with the Practice Nurse.

Methadone Clinic
By appointment with Dr Pearce.

Healthier Hearts Clinic
By appointment with Practice Nurses.

Asthma Clinic
By appointment with Practice Nurses.

Suggestions and Complaints
We are always looking for ways to improve services to patients and your comments would be welcome either in writing to the Practice Manager or to any member of staff personally.

In line with NHS guidelines we have a practice based complaints procedure.
If you have cause for complaint then please ask to speak to the Practice Manager who will explain the procedure to you. If she is not available then please ask one of the receptionists.

We will endeavour to reach a satisfactory resolution to the problem as quickly as possible but if you are not happy with the outcome you can contact the Health Board Complaints Officer.
